Meet Beth...

Have you seen this smiling face around the office?

Beth has been working at True Wellness since November 2009. She is an amazing addition to the True Wellness Team, offering a variety of beneficial therapies. Here is just a brief summary the specialized work that Beth offers.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a light-touch manual therapy that focuses on the restrictions in the membranes and fluid that surround, nourish and protect the brain and spinal cord. These structures, along with the bones of the skull, vertebrae and sacrum make up the CranioSaral System. The unwinding of these restrictions allows the Central Nervous System to function unencumbered and thus, more fully. A myriad of health challenges can be reduced or alleviated completely. Some of these are: vertigo, migraines, scoliosis/kyphosis, emotional imbalances (depression, anxiety, confusion) hormonal imbalances (infertility, amenorrhea, insomnia) autoimmune imbalances (chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, irritable bowel, lupus) and much more.

All children can benefit from CST as well, but especially those with ADD/ADHD, Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and Autism Spectrum Disorders (which the founder of modern day CST explored specifically and intentionally with great results)

Incorporated into Beth's bodywork is Deep Tissue Massage, Neurmuscular Therapy and Life Coaching. Each of these better known therapies are utilized as best needed for the individual client. Beth believes that an integrated approach to body work offers the best solution to the most problems.
If you are interested in sampling some of Beth's CranioSacral work, stop by the front desk. She is offering complimentary 15 minute samples of this terrific therapy!
