Yoga @ True Wellness




New to yoga? A seasoned yogi? Either way we would love to have you join us for our monthly yoga class! We encourage our clients our clients to heal there bodies from the inside out, yoga can be a great type of healing!


Everyone's practice is different, but commonly encouraged in all types of yoga is deep cleansing breathe, relaxation, focusing on each movement and gently stretching your muscles. Yoga has numerous proven benefits for those who practice regularly!
