recipe WEDNESDAY: Minty Milk Shake

Minty Milk Shake





In honor of St. Patrick's Day, we think you should give this green shake a try! So much better then the nasty green shakes found at fast food restaurant's this time of year. Plus you get raw spinach for an added punch of benefits!



1 frozen large organic banana
organic cacao nibs (or dark chocolate chips)
2 drops pure peppermint extract
2/3 cup milk of choice (hemp, almond, or coconut)
1/2 cup frozen organic spinach



Blend all ingredients well except cacao nibs, add them to top of shake. Serve immediately. Serves one.
