Natascha's Lemon Chicken

This is a favored dish of True Wellness staff and it just happens to come all the way from Switzerland! Natasha Braid was the first to turn on us on to this juicy, tangy chicken. It is so incredibly simple, yet turns out amazingly every time! It's easy to serve to a crowd and very yummy as leftovers. Don't forget to use ORGANIC ingredients, especially with the meat and heavy cream.
2 chicken breasts
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
3 lemons
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 cloves minced garlic
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Drizzle olive oil onto baking dish. Lay chicken flat in dish. Mix heavy cream and juice of 2 lemons, pour onto the chicken. Squeeze additional lemon directly on to chicken. Season with garlic, salt and pepper. Bake for 40 minutes. Enjoy with friends!
