recipe WEDNESDAY: Pumpkin Seed Chipotle Cream

Pumpkin Seed Chipotle Cream





3tbsp raw cashews
1/4c raw pumpkin seeds
2tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1/4tsp sea salt
1tsp Dijon mustard
1/2tsp chipotle hot sauce
1tbsp olive oil



Puree ingredients thoroughly, could take a few minutes to reach desired consistency. Use olive oil if necessary to smooth out mixture. Refrigerate for an hour before serving with vegetables or crackers.
