Grilled Baby Bok Choy with Miso Butter
6 heads of baby bok choy
3tbsp room temperature butter
3tbsp miso paste
2tbsp olive oil
sea salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat your grill. After rinsing bok choy thoroughly, cut in half from top to bottom. Pat dry. In a small bowl, mix butter and miso till combined well. Coat miso butter mixture on bok choy and place on heated grill cut side down. Grill on each side for about 5 minutes. After removing from the grill, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
