Cauliflower Bread
a small cauliflower, trimmed of core
2 egg
1/2c pecorino ramono cheese
1tsp oregano
sea salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp melted ghee
Pre-heat oven to 350. Add cauliflower to a food processor and blend until pieces are finely ground.
Add egg, cheese, oregano and seasoning and mix together until combined thoroughly. Grease a baking sheet with ghee. Spoon the cauliflower mixture on sheet and spread into a circle.

Bake for 40 minutes, until bread is browning. Flip each piece over and return to oven for additional 10 minutes. Serve immediately. Try different toppings such as sliced avocado, sautéed vegetables, etc.
