Simple Maple Dijon Chicken
1 pack of chicken breasts
1c dijon mustard
1/2c maple syrup
2tbsp apple cider vinegar
sea salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400 or prepare crockpot. Season your chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place in your crockpot or baking dish. Combine mustard, syrup and vinegar in a small bowl and pour over chicken. if you are using a crockpot, cook on low for 6-8 hours. If using oven, cook for 25 minutes.
