recipeWEDNESDAY: Hazelnut Cookies

Hazelnut Cookies



1/2 c hazelnut flour
2/3 c almond flour
1/4 tspn baking soda
1/4 c ghee, melted
1/4 c honey
1 tspn vanilla extract
sea salt, to taste


Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a large bowl, combine flours, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, combine melted ghee, honey and vanilla extract.  Fold together wet and dry ingredients together. Spoon out about a tablespoon of dough onto parchment lined baking sheet. Flatten dough slightly, to form circle cookies shapes. Bake for 10 minutes.
