recipe WEDNESDAY:Sweet Roasted Chickpeas

Sweet Roasted Chickpeas



1.5c dried garbanzo beans
2tsp coconut oil
1tsp cinnamon
1tbsp honey

sea salt to taste

Place dried garbanzo beans in a bowl, fill bowl with water. Allow beans to soak overnight. Rinse beans thoroughly and allow to dry, using towel if needed. Heat oven to 375. In a separate bowl, mix  oil, cinnamon, and honey. Add beans to the bowl and coat in wet mixture. Spread beans out on a  baking sheet. Sprinkle sea salt over beans. Put in the oven and allow to roast for about 30 minutes, or until beans are crispy.
