Melted Honey Pecorino Romano Spread


This is a great dish for entertaining, simple yet very classy! 


1/2 c crushed walnut
1/2 lb pecorino cheese
1/4 c honey
Preheat the oven to 350º. Spread the walnuts onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly toasted. Cut cheese into thin strips using a cheese slicer or a knife. Layer cheese onto a small roasting  dish. Place cheese in the oven allow to bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the honey and sprinkle with toasted walnuts. Drizzle with honey. Serve warm with gluten free crackers.
